importing fonts in a template

Hi,
I'm designing a site using a template but I cant seem to change the
fonts. How can I import or access all the fonts I have on my computer?

What version of Publisher are you using, and what site template in
Publisher?

Changing the font is merely selecting the text and selecting a font.
