Importing FrameMaker file?

Is there any way to import FrameMaker files with extension .fm into
Publisher or Word?

No. If memory serves, FrameMaker is XML-oriented, so you might be able
to find someone with software (or who can write software) to transform
the file into an XML Word document (.docx), but even that's a long shot.

Copy and paste is always worth trying.
