Importing from Mac Outlook Express

Hello,

We backed up the user files on our old Mac, thinking
that the Outlook on our new PC (Outlook 2002) would be
able to import the old mail (another reason is that the
Outlook Express on the Mac lacked an Export feature).
However, I cannot figure out how to import the
data...I've got the 'Messages' file from the Mac, but I
can't for the life of me figure out how the Outlook 2002
PC can import it.
