Importing from Maill App to Entourage not working

I recently moved from Mail App inbox (IMAP account hosted at Google) to Entourage (Exchange account hosted on local server) and tried to move messages from one application to another.

I have been trying the steps recommended in this website and the messages do not appear in my Entourage folders. I have tried importing mbox files, created from Mail App and Entourage didn't recognized them.

Does anyone have any other solution for importing the messages besides the standard one recommended here that is not working for me?

You don't say what steps you actually tried, and 'this' is not
necessarily a web site.

Importing a mbox file is as simple as dragging it from the Finder into
the Entourage folder list.

That said, the easiest way to transfer your email would be to set up
your IMAP account in Entourage which will give you access to all the
folders and mail on the server. Also set up your Exchange account. You
can then drag it from one server to the other with your mouse.
