I have a project that is due, and I have to include my graphs in my report. I' m not sure how to do it. I know I could create graphs in Word however, the graphs are not plotting out properly like Excel. Is there a way I can print all of my graphs on to one sheet from Excel?

Thanks in advance

Regardless of whether your graphs stored as Chart Sheets or as objects on
worksheets you could use the Move Chart command to move all the charts to a
single worksheet or area of an existing worksheet. Then scale & position
them to fit within the confines of a single page & print that.

It would then have to be stuck in as a foreign page among the other pages of
your report [Word I assume?] document.

Alternatively you can copy/paste the graphs into your report document or you
can save the each of the graphs as individual PNG or JPG images & insert
them into your document. The latter would probably provide the best result.

I am still having trouble putting my graphs into word from excel. I do have office 2000 for mac and I don't not have excel 2008.

I need to put multiple graphs on a maximum of 2 pages (what my assignment requires). I copied and paste my charts in word, but I can not fit more than 3 graphs on a page. I also tried making a separate chart page in excel but it pastes over the previous chart in that page.

Once a chart is pasted into a Word doc use the Formatting Palette's Size,
Rotation & Ordering section to enter the Height & Width you want the chart
to be. Alternatively, use the corners of the blue frame to resize the chart
- hold the Shift key while doing so or check the box in that same section of
the Formatting Palette to Lock Aspect Ratio in order to maintain proportion.

Note: You may also need to set the Wrapping to something other than In Line
with Text in order to position them. In fact, it would be best to create a
Table in the document however may columns wide & rows tall so you can place
each chart into a separate cell of the Table.

In Excel you can only have one chart on a Chart Sheet -- that's not where I
said to put them. Either paste them to a Worksheet or use the Move Chart
command to do so. You'll still have to resize them as above in order to make
them fit within a given area. Use Page Layout view to better gauge what will
fit on a page when you print.
