Importing Lotus Notes mail to Outlook

Dear All,

I am looking at migrating my email client from Lotus Notes
R6 to MS Outlook.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
Surprisingly, I did many searches on the Web and found
nothing ...

Thanks for the reply ... but won't I lose the attachments
doing the export?
