I am trying to design a macro which will import a specific
file (txt or xls) which resides in the same folder as the
database. I have type the file path for the import
as .\leave codes.xls, which successfully imports the
file. However when I close the database and reopen I get
an Error message stating that the MS Jet cannot locate the
object M:\leave codes.xls. I have M:\ set as my default
database folder in Options. If I remove this path, the
error changes to MS Jet cannot locate the object H:\leave
codes.xls, H:\ drive being my normal system default drive.
I am using Windows XP and Access 2002, is this the issue?
Please help!
