Importing memo file

I have a dbase III file with an associated .dbt file that I want to import
into Access 2007. Both are in the same directory with same file name (.dbf
and .dbt extensions), but when I attempt to import I get the message "Cannot
locate the requested Xbase memo file."

Any suggestions?
