Importing messages from a different Outlook Express 6 installation

Hello All,

Long story short - a virus made it impossible for me to
boot XP. I install a second instance of XP on the machine
not over writting the original install....I wanted to make
sure all my older files and info were available (BTW -
repair didn't work...problem is that the 'winlogin' file is
missing)

Anyway, I now want to move my email from the previouse
Outlook installation to the new one. However I can't find
the location of the old file(s). I have no idea where to
look or how to do this. Any advice is very welcome

Thanks

Try posting this in an Outlook Express group - this is not one of them.
This group supports Outlook from Microsoft Office - Outlook Express is a
part of Internet Explorer.

You can also see http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com for help.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer,
