We are using Netscape (a combination of 4.72 and 7 - a
long story) and are preparing to switch to Outlook. In
testing with one of our profiles prior to the switch, I
have been able to import the Netscape Inbox, but not the
Address Book. I have followed the KB instructions, but
always get 0 items imported. Does anybody know of an easy
way to do this? (We have about 25 users altogether.)
