Importing OE me

Can you please tell me how to install the Outlook 2007 connector? I have
Win7 64-bit. I am trying to import Outlook 2007 messages into Windows Live
Mail, and someone told me to set up a Hotmail account in Outlook, drag the
messages from it to Hotmail, set up a Hotmail account in WLM and when the
accounts got "synched" the messages would be there.

Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.
