I would like to merge or import an old entourage details (main Identity)
with my current identity. Can you help. I have tried using the import tool.

Where does safari store its bookmarks and can I merge my old ones with my
new ones. Same question for my address book.

Thanks in advance

You cannot import from the same version of Entourage. eg: Entourage 2004 to
Entourage 2004 or Entourage X to Entourage X. Please write back with
specifics on version for current and old identity for solutions.

Is this an Entourage or Apple's address book?

Safari bookmarks are all stored in a file called Bookmarks.plist, which is
located at ~/Library/Safari/.

They are both ver 2004 Entourage files, I would like to merge all mails. How
can I merge both the old bookmarks.plist and the new one.

For Safari, you can go to "Import Bookmarks" under the "File" menu, and
select the file to import the bookmarks. Bookmarks are stored in
~/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist

For Entourage, go to Entourage > Switch Identity. Open the old identity (if
it doesn't appear in the list, make sure it's located in
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/). Then, go to File
Export, and choose to export "Items to an Entourage archive". Select "All
items", check the kinds of items you want to export, and click the right
arrow button to continue.

When you're done, go to Entourage > Switch Identity, and go back to your
current identity. Go to File > Import, and choose to "Import information
from an Entourage archive". Choose the archive you just created, and the
data should be imported.

(Note: "~" refers to your home folder, usually located in /Users/<Your
User>/)
