Importing .OST files

On my previous laptop (which had originally been, but no longer) connected to
MS Exchange), all of my Contacts, Tasks, Emails, etc., got stored in the
'Work Offline' outlook.OST file. Now, on my new laptop, I am only receiving
emails via a POP3 account, and they're being stored in the outlook.PST file.
I would like to import all of my .OST-stored history into my new laptop .PST
file. Can I do this? And, if so, how? All guidance is appreciated, thanks...

No. If you have disconnnected your Exchange profile from your laptop and
did not convert the .ost file to a .pst file, you are pretty much out of
luck. If you can reconnect to the Exchange server and sync your items., you
can then export the .ost to a .pst and use that.

There are third-party OST to PST converters you can buy. There is one
freeware OST to PST converter, but it won't work on Unicode OSTs.

Thank you. Milly, so, I need to reconnect to the Exchange server to convert
my .ost to .pst? Also, in Outlook 2003, it looks like I can Export to .pst
files, but it looks like I can only export sub-directories only (i.e. only
Tasks, only Contacts) in specific .pst files. Is this an alternative (in
order to extract the info therein)?

Stellar Phoenix Convert OST PST is such an ost pst converter. It converts
all ost file components of ost file to pst file, and supports all the
latest versions of windows and Outlook. Link to the software
