Importing Outlook 2002 Calendar

I am having a problem when importing a calendar from
outlook 2000 to outlook 2002. All of the events are
imported as appointments and strech across 2 days instead
of occuring on a single day. I have tested this with 2
different machines and had the same problem. Does anyone
have any sugguestions?
