Outlook 2003 sp3 dates import from palm desktop

Anyone know how to bulk import calendar meeting and appointments from palm
desktop to outlook 2003?
The Palm desktop I have only exports to ".dba" format.

According to Palm Forums, Palm Desktop allows you to export in either dba
format or csv fomat. Outlook can import the latter.

Does not seem to be that simple...

Palm 4.01
Calendar can only export to dba which is "Data Book Archive".
