Importing Outlook Express address book & mail to Outlook

My original Windows ME computer with Outlook Express cratered. I managed to
copy the address book (.wab) and emails to a CD.

How can I get them into my new computer's MS Office Pro Outlook? Cannot
export anymore in the cratered computer.
