Importing Outlook Express Contacts

How do I set Outlook to use the Windows Address Book (the one Outlook
Express uses)? Or, how do I import the address book into the Outlook
contacts?

In OL Import (addresses only, not mail)
If you want mail as well, in OE export.
Import ammends modified date, export does not
