IMPORTING OUTLOOK EXPRESS --> OUTLOOK 2000

I need to import a users Outlook Express email and
contacts onto ANOTHER system, where he will be using
Outlook 2000. I cannot locate a procedure for this. Is
anyone aware of how this can be accomplished?

The procedure is to backup and import the mail etc into OE on the new
machine. For this go here:
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/index.htm

then on the new machine, import into Outlook.
