Importing Palm Pilot Information

I am wondering if there is an easy way to bring my Palm desktop software
information into my Outlook. I am currewntly using Palm Desktop software and
want to bring those contacts as well as my palm calendar into my Outlook
(2003). Can I do that? If so, how? Thank you.

There is softwear on you palm instal cd that you need to install. It's very
easy. I did the very same thing with outlook 2000 with ease
