I think you will have to create a .CSV file or an html file.
as an intermediary using the full Acrobat package,
or with free software like PDFedit. You can do something
with the free Acrobat reader but it means copying one column
at a time.
Going through HTML rather than .CSV should pick up interior
color formatting. If you end up with extra spaces you can try
