Importing pictures from email

How do I import a group of pictures from my email and save them in MS office
Picture Manager, then select certain pictures from that group and create a
new group to repost on the web with captions?

In e-mail, save the pictures to a local folder (wherever you want your
pictures to be stored; say, "My Pictures" or c:\pix, or whatever).

Use the web site's file upload feature to upload the pictures, by pointing
it to your picture folder.

There's no real magic that involves Microsoft Office or Picture Manager;
it's just saving files from one location to another.

What mail program are you using? If Outlook, highlight the message in the
preview pane, select File->Save Attachments. Save them to your My Pictures
Folder.

Go to the My Pictures folder, highlight your selected pictures and right
click on them, select Open With-Microsoft Picture Manager.
