Importing Presentations

Have been emailed 2 presentations which when I try to open result in a
critical error and the standard MS message is PPt must close - sorry for
inconvenience I am using version 10.0.2623.0 Any ideas?

Simon,
It sounds like you aren't up to date on your Service Packs. Go to Help--->
Check for updates and follow the links on the Office On line page to get
them. Your imports should work better after that.

I have downloaded all of the Office Updates and the problem persists?

Any thoughts

Sounds like something may have been corrupted when emailed, try have the
sender fire you a new copy.
