Importing Problem from MS Excel '02

I am running into a different problem... I have imported from this Excel file
previously and everything has worked without issue. However, this time, I am
getting some strange import results from some of the new contacts that have
been added...

For the contacts/rows of information that existed in this file previously,
the import is working without any problems. For those new contacts, I am
getting weird data returned (i.e. names appear correctly, phone numbers are
not showing up, email address have '#com' rather than '.com'). I am also
getting an odd number in place of one of the phone numbers (example:
-1481055166) formatted as you see it in the (). I don't get any phone
numbers imported for these newer entries to the file, only some variation
like the example above.

Facts:
All cells (working/non-working) appear to be formatted the same
MS Excel 2002
The import is being sent to a new Contact folder, so there should not be
corruption of the import data received due to the data routing to the same
folder.

Please remember, this has worked before. Something must be different for
the new cell entries since my last import. Example of data structure below...

Last Name First Name Home Business Mobile Email Address
Bell Shelly (XXX) 266-XXXX (XXX) 752-XXXX (XXX) 598-XXXX (e-mail address removed)
Binks Shirley (XXX) 392-XXXX (XXX) 391-XXXX (XXX)
725-XXXX (e-mail address removed)

Thank you,
