Importing Projects

Dear all,
it's an urgent matter, when i import projects from files saved on my
PC directories to the server it keeps the file's name, like when it
was Hospital R3 it reads the same in the web page although i change
the name when the wizard starts,, and when that happens i can't re-
import the project coz the timesheets had been approved on it. can't i
change the the top summary bar in any project when i open in in the
web, by the way it's not related the name of the project in the
project information box.
