We have a new Exchange Server for our mail. When importing files from
EOutlook.com account will Outlook leave duplicate emails in the old .PST file
if I select "DO NOT IMPRORT DUPLICATES?"

Importing copies the contents, meaning it leaves copies of all messages in
the pst.
