Importing RSS feeds into Outlook 2007

I've been trying to import my RSS feeds from NewsGator to Outlook 2007
without success. Here is what I did -
1. Exported my feeds from NewsGator as an OPML file
2. In OUtlook 2007, used the File->Import/Export feature to select "Import
News feeds from external OPML file"

At this point I am supposed to see a window that lets me select the file.
But I don't! It's as if I never did anything i.e. Outlook continues on its
merry way and nothing happens - no warning windows, no errors, nothing at
all. Outlook is perfectly responsive to commands and is not hung.

Has anyone else faced this, and solved it?
