Importing rules from Outlook 2000

I am using Outlook 2000. If I install Outlook 2003, can the many email
rules that I created in 2000 be imported into 2003?

Try Tools > Rules Wizard > Options > Export Rules

Should create a file, and then you can do the same but choose Import
Rules on your new setup.
