Importing rules from Outlook Express to Outlook XP (many did'nt transfer)

I just imported my mail rules in from outlook express to outlook XP
after successfully importing my OE mail folders.
About 1/3 of the rules did not transfer. Is anyone aware of a bug that
is causing this? Is there a solution? I would rather not spend the
time adding in the missing rules manually. Thanks

Did the rules contain actions that Outlook can't do (like deleting items
from your mailbox or skipping downloads)?

Can you please tell me how you imported your messages, and contacts if
possible, form OE to Outlook XP. I can't seem to fing anything on it...
