Importing some records

Hi

I have a contacts list in a csv file in the format displayed below (ie Field
Name , Field Value). I would
like to know if it is possible to import this data into an access table so
that all the records are displayed as a proper table.
(ie . Field Name, Field Name, Field Name ...
Field Value, Field Value, Field Value
Field Value, Field Value, Field Value )
