Importing spam list

Hi,
I was previously using the program "I Hate Spam" with
Outlook XP. I have now upgraded to 2003 and will be
using the junk email function. My question is how can I
import the junk email list into outlook.

The first step is to see whether the I Hate Spam list can be exported in
some fashion.
