SPAM AND JUNK

I upgraded from 2003 to 2007...now I have both a Spam filter and a Junk
filter. Some emails go into each but they are all mostly junk. Can I get
rid of one and not have both folders? Where is the setting causing emails to
go these various folders? thanks Kevin. (using aol for email)

If you have a "Spam" folder, it's being supplied either by your mai
server (AOL is IMAP, I believe) or by an anti-spam add-in you'v
installed. Outlook does not supply one. If the server is supplying it
modify your subscribed folders to unsubscribe from the folder and chang
the Outlook settings to show only subscribed folders. Right-click th
AOL root, choose "IMAP Folders". If an anti-spamn program is supplyin
it, uninstall the program or modify it, if you can, to put its tagge
messages into Junk E-mail instead of Spam

Jumk mail is outlook's, some other antispam program installed the other
folder. If you no longer use the spam folder you can delete it.

Junk mail settings are in tools, options, junk mail button.
