Importing Stock Prices

Is there some way that I can import current stock prices in access?...I know
that there is a way to do it for excel so I am hoping that there is somekind
of similar code for access.

Online, I want to pull the latest prices each time I run a certain report so
that the figures it contains reflect the last price.

I don't think I have enough knowledge to sor through the info on that link.
Is there another, more basic way to import stock prices?

If you can get XML from there - then you can import this XML as new table,
but still you need to write code to download this files
