Importing task List Template

Hi,
I'm using some Project Workspaces. Those workspaces doesn't has a Task List
created and they doesn't has
a Task List template neither.
So, is there any way to "import" the Task List template in order to make it
available for this kind of workspaces (not necessary to the project
workspace template, just for the Project workspaces already created).
