importing the whole website

I have been trying to import my whole website to no avail. Sub folders and
new pages simply will not down load? Any ideas ? using FP 2000

Don't import it. If the server has extensions installed, open it in FrontPage and "Publish" it back
to your machine.

If the remote server doesn't have the FP extensions, use a FTP application to download all content
to a folder on your HD, then open the folder in FP. You will have to re-apply any themes and re-do
your FP navigation structure if use, since structure for those items are not maintained on a server
that doesn't have the FP extensions.

There is no way to get the complete content unless you have login access either via FP or a FTP
application.

Has FrontPage extensions installed. I just checked.

As a matter of fact, they both do.

Passwords are CaSe sensitive so make sure you're entering it correctly.

If you have FTP'd to the site the FP SE may be corrupt (blocking your access)
- you will need to contact your host at both servers and have them repair the FP SE
