Importing Timesheets

Hi,
Is it possible to import more than one tasks page at a time? I have several
users who are selecting all tasks but it only selects the first page. Also,
the order of the weekly timesheets aren't showing in correct order. Does this
have anything to do with these timesheets being created out of order? Any
help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

To your first question, the multple page "feature" in My Tasks in 2007 is
very frustrating if you have so many assignments as to generate more than 1
page and no, there is not way to select assignments on all pages, it only
works for the active page.

For your timesheets out of order question, you are right, it doesn't seem to
be any any particular order, very strange. I don't think it is in the order
created either. Might but in the order of unique ids

Actually,

Yes, I believe you can. If you are an administrator you can do the
following:

1) Go to My Tasks page
2) Click on Site Actions>Edit Page on the top right
3) Once in edit mode, click on the edit>Modify Shared Web Part near the top
right
4) On the right side of the screen expand "Project Web Access"
5) Change the "Items Per Page" number, by default it is set to 30

I forgot it was possible until you asked so I am glad you asked the
question:)

Also, if you do a search in this newsgroup, I believe that someones else
mentioned they found a way to change the My Tasks view to look like the old
2003 version but it was kind of tricky and I don't remember how he did it
and I was not able to reproduce it myself.
