Importing WAB and DBX into outlook 2007

I'm trying to import some old email folders in to outlook 2007.
They are WAB(address book) and DBX the folders. Can some one help???

Are they set up in Outlook Express or just loose files? You'll need to hook
them back up in OE - or see if a program here might do it:
