Importing Website with www.domain.com/frameset .htm extension

Client has asked I take over updating & maintenance of
their website.
If I import with frontpage all Image files & most pages
are missing. The index file has a /frameset.htm which FP
is giving a location error message when I try to import

Any ideas

When retrieving the original copy of a site, you should
either (if the FP extensions are installed) open the
remote site in FrontPage and publish to the off-line
location or (if no FPSE) FTP the whole site to a working
area and then open the receiving folder as a FrontPage-
based Web.
