Importing

I am trying to import my address book from thunderbird. I converted it to
tabs ad text. In both cases I select it and when I get to the final screen
the next button is grayed out. You know the screen where it says this will
take a few min. I never get a chance to hit next. What am I doing wrong. I
know I am about to feel like and idiot.

State Outlook version, file type (what is tabs ad text?), and precise steps.
Confirm that you have all of Outlook's importers and exporters installed.
