Impot into shared calendar?

Hi,

trying to import a Lotus Organizer Calendar, I ran into the problem,
that imports were done only into to the personal calendar. What do I
have to do, to import the "Icalendar"-File from Lotus into a shared
calender in Outlook instead of the personal calender?

Or is there any way to copy the personal calendar to a shared calendar?
