Dears,
i am a new comer of using MS Access. How can i improve my Access skill
effectively of all side rapidlly. Please, cordially teach me about MS Access.

Links link at the right side of the web page, with links to many other
articles, tutorials, etc. on all levels.
However, if you need to learn quickly you would do best to take a course.
There is a lot to learn, and while it is possible to learn on your own, it
is definitely slower.
Books are another source of information. A groups search should turn up
some threads that contain book recommendations.

it really depends on what aspects you wish to improve upon. General
database design... VBA programming... etc.

Access HELP files are a great source of information. Print them out and study
them, perforate them any put in a binder for reference!
