Would like to see the connection between BCM and SBA improved so contacts are
automatically kept in sync between the two rather than having a manual,
one-way dump from SBA to BCM. Users need to be able to edit the contact info
in BCM and have it sync back to SBA, not just one way...and it should happen
automatically, not require a user to click the sync button when they remember.
