Improve web search results by adding keywords to my website

I would like to add 'keywords' to my website to improve hit results when
others are searching the web for services similar to those I offer (dog
training). I use FrontPage software but have no idea where to start to learn
about these codes. Help!

I dont seee a question here. May i assuem this: "How can I add keywords
to web pages?"

Hint: google for "HTML meta tags keywords" w/o quotes?
