IMPROVE YOUR "DEMO" TO INCLUDE A DEMONSTRATION OF ACCOUNTING ENTRIES (IN A
JOURNAL, FOR INSTANCE), IF THE PROGRAM HAS THAT CAPABILITY. DOES IT PROVIDE
FOR INCOME STATEMENTS AND BALANCE SHEETS?

Demo of what program?

This particular newsgroup is for questions related to Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional. Out of the box, Access doesn't
have any accounting abilities: it's a development environment that you could
use to build an Accounting application, but that's about it.
