I need help regarding Improvement areas identification which results into
significant improvement in EPMS 2003.
Approx 10-15 Improvement areas which significant improvements in Project Web
Access 2003 / project Professional 2003 / Project Server 2003.

Not sure what you want here:
Improvements that Project and Project Server included over 2002 or
improvements in Project Server 2007 over 2003, or something else.

I mean to say I want to identify some improvement areas in Project Web
Access 2003 & Project Server 2003 which can be implement and benicifical to
all my project managers / TL's.

Hi Nitesh, it'll be a little difficult for us to correctly identify the
improvement areas you want. I suggest you employ a consultant, you'll get
the results you are hoping for that way.
