My firm uses references in Word for many purposes. With large documents it
is hard to find the paragraph number from the scroll down list that pops up
when you run Insert:Reference:Cross Reference. It seems to me that this
could be improved with one of two changes:
1) Allow the user to type a paragraph reference, highlight the text and
convert it to a document link, or
2) Allow the user to navigate the reference pull down by collapsing heading
levels as you can with the document navagator
