In a Form wizard do not work

hi

I would like to do some things with commad button and before it gave
me a wizard to select things, but not any more. Is it some setting in
Access or how can I have it back to work? I have Access 2003.

There is a toggle-button in the "toolbox" bar that turns the wizard on and
off.
