In a Word document set up as a form, cannot execute hyperlink whe.

Has anyone found a way to make this happen? I set up a Word document as a
simple form, but I want to add a selectable hyperlink or bookmark. The had
changes appropriately but nothing happens. It works if the form is
unprotected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
