In Access I cannot create a report

I cannot create reports. Past posting suggested having a default printer.
Not sure what this means or how to do it. Thanks.

"having a default printer" is set up in Windows. Select Start->Control
Panel->Printers (and faxes). Then make sure you have a printer installed and
set up as the Default Printer.
