in Access link to Exchange()

Hello all,

I am using Access 2003 and Outlook 2003 on WIN XP machines.
My goal is to link to an exchange Group email inbox from Access to append
new emails to the access table. The access database front end database is
used by many.
The technique I use is good, I use theTony Toes Front End updater that
basically copies the front end mdb to the users c drive and then launches the
database from the users c drive.

The linked Exchange inbox seems to have my MAPI info when it is copied to
the users c drive, so it is necessary to complete this task.

Each user has to go into the front end database, delete the linked exchange
folder and add it themselves... File --> Get External Data -->Link Table -->
Choose Exchange() and navigate to the Group Inbox.

Problem is, frequently the users get an error
"Mailbox XXXXXX is currently unavailable. The wizard can't access it."
however in Outlook the group inbox is visible and online/connected

Is there a way to link to the group inbox without saving my MAPI info or
automate pulling emails down from the exchange group inbox. I just have one
query that pulls any new emails from the group inbox and appends the record
to the table in Access.
