In BCM how do I set a callback in calendar

I'm coming from ACT and need to know how to set a callback on a prospect that
will show in the calendar and when clicked on will open the contact
information (customer, phone number, notes etc.) Does all this info have to
be reproduced and go into a task when it is created?
